1. Return Eligibility: Customers may apply for returns within 15 days after receiving the package. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, kept in original packaging and resalable. Items that have been used, modified, damaged or with missing accessories are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process: If you wish to return items, please email yatingshi129@gmail.com with your order number and return reason. We will reply within 1-2 business days and provide return authorization and return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping Cost: The customer shall bear the return shipping cost. We will cover the shipping cost only if we sent the wrong items, missed items, or there are inherent quality defects of goods.
4. Refund Timeline: After we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm they are in good condition, the refund will be processed back to your original PayPal account within 2–3 business days.
5. Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items: Please contact us within 7 days upon delivery and attach clear photos or videos as evidence. We will offer partial refund,reshipment or compensation solutions.
